is very expensive and time consuming to process a
Church Loan request. Alliance charges a
processing fee to help offset some of our time and
expenses involved in handling your request. |

No - At
the present time Alliance does not lend our own
money. We work with our Lending Partners to arrange
financing for our Borrowers. |

Project Financed. Our Lending Partners have the

How long
does it take to get a Church Loan through
Alliance? |

We have
Investors who can close within a week or two in some
cases - however in most cases you can expect to
close in a 30 - 45 day time frame. Please note that
a lot of the time needed to close a loan depends on
you and how quickly you can provide the
documentation asked for in your Conditional Approval
letter, or letter of interest. |

I have
questionable credit - can I qualify for a Commercial
Loan? |

Having
good credit will allow Alliance to offer you the
best financing terms and rates, however if you have
less than perfect credit Alliance also works with a
few private investors as well as Hard Money Firms.
Our goal is to get you the best financing we can
given your current financial and credit situation. |
