Loan Forms
Below we have included most
forms you will
need to complete a Church Loan
Application through Alliance. Our
Church Loan Package contains all forms we would need
to submit to an Investor/Lending Partner for consideration
of your Loan Request.
It is important to fill out
the
Church Loan Package
in as much detail as possible. Once you have completed the
Loan Package please mail us the Originals to us at
Alliance PO Box 46039 Tampa, FL 33646
along with the following applicable information.
The following items at a
MINIMUM must be sent to Alliance in order for your
request to be considered.

Church Loan Application - filled out in entirety
- Church History
- Purchase Agreement
- if this is a new purchase
- Copy of most current
Mortgage Statement from current lien holder if this is a
refinance.
- Digital Color Pictures of Property -
Copy of Appraisal if one has been completed email to
allianceloans@msn.com
- Historical Financials
on the Church - last 3 years tax Returns and a Current
YTD P&L Statement.
Additionally we will
need all item contain this

Once we receive your
completed Loan Package an Alliance Representative will
immediately begin the processing of your file. If you
supplied a complete package it will be submitted to our
Lending Partners within 24 hours.
If your package is
incomplete an Alliance Representative will contact you to
discuss missing items - please note that missing items may
cause a delay in the processing of your application.
