Church Loan Forms
If you’re serious about obtaining Financing for your Church Real Estate Project then we highly recommend you fill out in detail our Church Loan Package.

When you fill out this package you are indicating your high level of interest in obtaining financing and your Application will receive immediate attention.
In addition to the Loan Application we will need the following applicable forms.
Individual Loan Forms:
- Church Loan Application – included in Church Loan Package
- Church Questionaire – need on all application, included in our Church Loan Package
- Purchase Questionaire – only need when loan purpose is for a new purchase
- Renovation Addendum – needed when renovation work is being done
- Construction Addendum - need on all construction loans
All of the necessary forms are included in our Church Loan Package, along with instructions on how to use our package and an Application Checklist.
